- Have experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Understand how design works within social media and digital marketing
- Have a strong eye for detail, color, typography, and trends
- Can work independently but thrive in a team environment
- Are open to learning, feedback, and continuous improvement
- Are proactive and not afraid to share ideas
